Vulli Soft Toy CPG GNON

By Frederick

Just like the famous Sophie the giraffe , this toy is made in natural rubber (phthalate-free) and baby can chew it in complete safety. Easy to grasp and to grip. This toy includes a squeaker sound.

What is Chan Pie Gnon?

In French it is a play on words: “Chan Pie Gnon” comes from the word “Champignon” and means “Mushroom”

Chan (blue) is the big brother, Pie (pink) is the sister and Gnon (yellow) is the little one.

  • Facilitate baby development
  • Numerous parts to chew & play safely
  • Easy to grasp and to grip
  • Includes a squeaker sound

  1. Adorable but over priced
    by J. Hipps

This teether toy is adorable but really not terribly different from a $2 dog toy with a squeaker. It is very cute but be careful if you have a dog who is accustomed to having squeaky toys – battles will ensue!

  2. Squeaky love!
    by E mom

My son LOVES this toy – it is super soft and he could easily make “squeaky” “talk” even when he was very young. Wonderful teething toy and the loop on the top of his head was great to clip onto the carseat, stroller or anything else neccessary. I highly reccoment any of the Vulli toys!

  3. Son Likes It Sometimes
    by J. Tesoro

I simply got this because as a experienced mother I wanted to get everything thats a good teething/chew toy when my son is going through the put everything in the mouth chewing teething phase. My son does like Chan Pie sometimes but not as much as Sophie. I notice that he isn’t into Chan Pie as he is with Sophie or the RaZberry he’s more aggressive on chewing Sophie more than Chan Pie. At times he’ll grab Chan Pie and chew on the loop part of the head and face sometimes its feet. It’s ok.

My 5 month old loves this toy! I bought it to test it and save some $$ in case he did not like Sophie the Giraffe since they are similar. He has not taken it out of his mouth since we got it! He loves to chew on the loop (i was going to use the links to put through it but i guess not since he loves to chew the loop!) or just the entire head! We are purchasing Sophie as well. The dog does go a little nuts everytime it squeeks, but she is getting used to it.

  5. Not as great as Sophie, but still good
    by W. Piscia

I purchased this little guy because my son loves his Sophie. My baby is four months old and has a hard time gripping onto GNON. I think he’ll like it better when he gets a little older. I think he is cute and I like how soft the plastic is. And of course, it is great because it is BPA-free.

  6. Easy to Grip and Sqeeze

I love these toys by Vulli. They are soft and perfect for small fingers and hands. I also love the fact that they are made from natural rubber and plant based paints. Worth the extra cost!

  7. We have a winner!
    by O. Wynn

My daughter was born blind and has a strong tactile defense when it comes to exploring new items with her hands. She has never shown any interest in pacifiers or teething toys of various types no matter how hard we’ve tried. She’d rather chew on her bottle nipple or sippy cup spout. She’s teething really bad right now and has been in constant pain as several teeth are erupting back to back so I decided to give the yellow Chan Pie Gnon a try.

First off, HomeGreenSolutions processed and shipped the item very fast and I received it 2 days ahead of the scheduled delivery date. I took the toy out and recognized the familiar natural rubber feel and smell. I washed it as my daughter was playing in her crib and she immediately started responding to the squeaking sound as I was handling it. I brought it to her and introduced it by making a few squeaks and then gently put her hands on it so she could feel it. I then helped her to squeeze it. She was excited so I helped her to place the loop in her mouth. She started chewing it and flashed a huge grin. As I type this I can hear her in her crib playing with the chew toy and making it squeek. Finally, a chew toy that she likes! I couldn’t be happier.

  8. Love the Vulli!
    by SeattleMoms

The Vulli toy is super cute and the little ring hook is perfect for the little hands. It is one of the few teethers out there that are safe, fun and cute. I definitely recommend it. I skipped the Sofie giraffe for this because my 6 months old would likely gag at the legs since she already does when putting her fingers in her mouth. This was an awesome alternative! The only complain I have is the water can get into the little hole in the back so have to give it an extra squeeze after each wash to clear the water.

  9. AWESOME!!!!
    by Kimberly

My 6 mth old has been teething since she was 3 mths old. My husband bought this and she loves it. It is a great learning tool also. Babies can distinguish it from other toys because of the smell. When we got it I thought that he had bought a dog toy until I read the packaging. This is definitly her favorite. We really can’t go anywhere without it. I think that it should be issued to you when your child starts to teeth at the Dr’s office!

  10. A great toy!
    by knorthcott

This is a great toy! My 6 month old loves chewing on it’s feet and “hair”. She really loves the sound it makes when she squicks it! My 2 year old also really likes squicking it too!
